The Kangso Mineral Water Production Plant, located in the Kangso District of Nampo City in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, is a modern production base that can be proud of its production capabilities and quality.
The factory, which contributes to promoting the health of society, is linked to the dedicated efforts of the Dear Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un for the good of the people.
During a visit to the factory one day in June 2017 (Juche 106), he emphasized that maintaining a high level of production is an important task, demonstrating the advantages of the socialist system, where the wealth of society is dedicated to promoting the well-being of the people.
He stated that there are many mineral water sources and hot springs in various parts of the country, adding that they should be well utilized to make a positive contribution to promoting the health of the people.
Emphasizing that the factory plays a very important role in protecting and promoting the health of the population, he outlined the tasks to be accomplished by the factory, including the issue of increasing mineral water production and improving its quality, as well as the constant and thorough attention to creating a hygienic and cultural environment for the production of the mineral water that the people drink.
In accordance with Kim Jong Un’s intentions for the people to enjoy longevity in good health and all the blessings of socialism, the officials and workers of the factory increased the production of mineral water.
As part of an energetic campaign to improve water quality and ensure the sterility and cleanliness of the production lines, Kangso mineral water was registered as “Product of February 2,” and the production line for mineral water in glass bottles received certification for the food safety management system.
These achievements once again confirm the important role of the Kangso Mineral Water Production Plant in ensuring the health of the population and demonstrating the advantages of the socialist system of Korea.
